8.0Вид с балкона был прекрасен, сам номер тоже неплохой. Месторасположение кто бы что ни говорил, нам понравилось. Нет городской суеты и пробок, относительно рядом пара магазинов 7/11 и tops, массажные салоны, кафе. А если взять в аренду машину (как сделали мы), так вообще все отлично. В целом мы бы скорее всего еще вернулись.
− Самое главное (но я понимаю что это не зависит от хозяина квартиры) - это идентификация прохода по лицу абсолютно везде (в том числе в лифте). Нам его сделали/активировали на второй день после нашего приезда, но он не работал в лифте еще неделю, и нам приходилось каждый раз искать охранника, что бы подняться к себе на этаж, и парковаться на парковке отеля. В номере на балконе столик был разбит (не было столешницы), сам стол, который типа обеденный, тоже был не в порядке. Плиты кстати тоже не было. В общем, если вы ищите полноценную квартиру, это немного не ваш вариант, потому что по сути это гостиничный номер, переделенный в апартаменты. То есть нет кухни, где можно приготовить пищу, и потом посуду помыть. Но вид с балкона, месторасположение все компенсируют.
