8.0Location, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and living room. Great for extended family . Preferable accommodation to 2 hotel rooms!
− Bathtub had no soap dispenser for those who preferred bath to shower. No box of tissues which should be a regular toiletry amenity. Experienced extended power outage - luckily finished before dark as there were no flashlights/lanterns available. Although power outages are not common here, such items need to be available for times when needed.
Our stay was excellent and a great location to access restaurants and groceries.
10.0The suite had everything we needed and comfortably accommodated 5 of us. Location is great to access anywhere in Parksville. Our host Julio was very responsive and kept us informed before and throughout our stay.
− Parking is a bit of a challenge if you have a large vehicle.

− Right on the main road, though the noise didn’t actually bother us. No facilities beyond the suite itself.
Clean, modern unit that should be called 1 bedroom + den, facing a highway entrance.
7.0− windowless, poorly ventilated "dens" were sold as "rooms"

10.0Able to enter on our own with a door code. Wheel chair accessible .
− There was food wrappers in the night stand and under the bed in one room . I put them in the garbage as I didn’t want to be charged for other guests mess . For a wheelchair accessible space a shower seat would have been very helpful . I will know to bring one next time !
