8.0Lovely small space. Just what we needed! a little hideaway! Loved the location and well thought out holiday let.
− needed a clean behind the bed where dog hair had gathered but other than that it was really great!
Other than the sofa giving way a few times no issues.

− The heater was my only slight very slight gripe, a little noisy in the night could be changed for an oil filled one.
