4.0− Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher, die Alarmanlage wurde nachts angestellt und piepste dann regelmäßig in der Wohnung. Die Schränke rochen alle muffig, das Geschirr war schmutzig. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kein Zimmer. Die Wohnung war nicht abschließbar
