7.0Other tenants were very kind. The property is a bit far from the city center, but I can take a bus quite often. I enjoyed working around the property and found several places to enjoy good views.
− It would be useful if the host gives the instruction in English. Everytime I needed translation. It was difficult to unlock/lock the key of the room door. The shower gave only cool water or hot water, because of low pressure of cool water. The dish washer was broken. I could not watch football matches on TV.

− Ich habe von unterwegs das Zimmer gebucht, erhielt ne Meldung dass eine Kaution von 500.-CHF hinterlegt werden muss, Bar oder Überweisung, Kredit Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Bargeld vor Ort Abgehoben Pension Betreiber wollte dass ich zu ihm fahre um ihm die Kaution überreiche. Fahrzeit ca. 30min. Stornierung der Buchung lehnt der Betreiber ab. Nach dem ich die Zimmer von enttäuschten Gästen sehen durfte beschloss ich den platz zu verlassen und den Verlust 160.-€ hinzunehmen.

1.0− Die vor der Anreise notwendige Korrespondenz war extrem aufwändig Bei der Anreise stellten wir fest das die Pension nicht angeschrieben ist und dass die Schlüsselsafe an einem Ort versteckt sind wo man sie nicht finden kann. Eine Drittperson hat uns geholfen Die Umgebung ist sehr ungepflegt, das Treppenhaus vollgestopft mit allem möglichen Unrat, die Zimmer haben extrem schlecht gerochen. Wir sind auf jeden Fall umgehend ohne dass wir diese Zimmer benutzt hätten abgereist obwohl wir kein Geld zurückerhalten haben.

10.0Great location. Close to the supermarket, bus stops, and restaurants. I stayed in a room, enough for a solo traveller. It was well-equipped and comfortable. But what makes this place even more special is Rachel's welcome. An exceptional hostess, full of kindness and availability, who really makes the difference. Her attention and kindness touched me deeply.
