7.0Facilities were basic, but the owner was very helpful in getting us anything we asked for. An extra pan, a microwave, etc.. Location is quite good, it's in a quiet part of town but everything can be reached within 15min walking distance.
− This apartment was on the top floor, so quite hot in mid-summer. One of the 2 bedrooms didn't have airco, just a fan. They also did not have direct access to the balcony and, they had to cross the other bedroom to get to it. Balcony is not very private.

4.0The position of the house is near to the center of town, the room is oriented to the north so it was not so hot in the room without clima equipment.
− Unfortunately, the room is too small, and is not a room suitable for booking. It was not a room representative for 21 st. century. It is not good for Croatian tourism at all.

4.0− Cleaning fee was 70€. For that fee, it should have been much cleaner. In general, we were quite disappointed with the stay, given the price, and do not recommend it.
Stari Grad was a lovely place to visit, three or four days is sufficient time to explore.
8.0The studio apartment had a large, lovely private balcony with comfortable furniture. Beds were comfortable with sufficient linens and pillows. The apartment and room was clean. The owners were friendly, helpful and accomodating. They allowed us to check out late when we were not able to book an early ferry. The location was an easy walk to the waterfront, restaurants and beaches.
− We had booked an apartment with three beds for our family of three adults and due to some unforeseen damage to the apartment, we were given two different spaces; a studio apartment and a separate room, with only two beds. The kitchen was not fully stocked with limited dishes and glasswear. There was no dining area as a large TV obstructed sitting at the small kitchen table. It smelled a bit of cigarette smoke when we first entered but after a bit of airing, it was OK. The units were on the third level - thus quite a few steps!! We were able to manage but this might be an issue for some.
