1.0Misleading room layout: This is actually a very small studio with a tiny bedroom that has NO windows. It feels more like a basement. Also, there is no mirror anywhere in the apartment except for the one in the bathroom. Zero privacy and shared space: The listing is highly misleading regarding privacy. You are heavily restricted and basically forced to live in a tiny corner. The only space you are allowed to use without issues is one small table with two chairs right next to your entrance door.
− It is not private facilities!! Zero privacy, shared facilities, and an aggressive host. The listing is highly misleading. You will have absolutely no privacy here. You are forced to share the pool, the garden, and all amenities with the host, his family, and his friends. Pros: The property itself is physically fine, but the hosting completely ruins it. You are heavily restricted in how you use the space. You are not allowed to move the garden furniture even slightly for your comfort. Hostile environment: Due to his non-existent rules and hostile behavior, our vacation was ruined. We had to involve support, cancel our stay early, and urgently move to another property. I strongly suspect the host treats guests differently based on their nationality or where they come from. His attitude felt heavily biased, close-minded, and discriminatory.

10.0Awesome stay, such nice place with pool. Very nice owner and cats. Very clean :) Parking spot is nearby and always available. There is a washing machine (just bring detergent) and a clothes rack. Calm area. Within 10-15 min by car you reach the lago garda.

10.0Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Benaco verbracht. Das Appartement war sehr komfortabel ausgestattet mit einem sehr bequemen großen Bett. Auch das Badezimmer war groß mit einer riesigen Dusche. Der Garten war mit einer schönen Terasse und einem toll angelgtem Pool ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage sehr ruhig so das wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und aufmerksam aber trotzdem diskret.Wenn wir wieder zum Gardasee kommen,würden wir hier wieder übernachten.
