7.01）这里住宿很满意的地方是有一个很宽阔的客厅和干净的厨房 2）价钱廉宜 3）外面吃东西很方便 4）也有KK mart小超市，蛮方便一些零食小吃
− 1）厕所很肮脏，有很多小小只的飞虫。 2）床和被子都有异味，好像没有更换过 3）其中一张双人床的床尾方向支撑铁支也没有了，感觉动作大一点都会掉下来，如果谁不幸住进去又恰巧床突然掉下来的话，租方也可以说成是我们弄坏的，到时就必须造价赔偿。所以建议进去住的时候，必须仔细的把里里外外都检查好，然后发一个视频和负责人说做个记录比较妥当！ 4）这里就算你是一家人来，有两辆车也只有一辆有车位可以泊在里面，其他的必须放在外面的公共地方，而且很难有车位。 5）最后是介绍民宿的时候说能睡10个人吧？结果里面只有4张双人床，2张小到不能再小的sofa勉强可以睡小孩子而已。 6）外面Guard house 注册耗时，都下雨了还慢吞吞。 7）晚上半夜都有人会在楼下大呼小叫，一到早上5点多钟也是一样，完全睡不好
