− Erg luidruchtig. Weinig geluidsisolatie. Als de boven buurvrouw gaat douchen hoor je dat. Bank zit niet erg lekker

8.0Wij hebben van 26-29 juni verbleven in My Cool Home x The Quintet. Het appartementencomplex ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Tanah Rata. Als je met je gezin niet midden in de ‘drukte’ wil zitten dan is dit een goede optie. Het inchecken ging niet helemaal soepel omdat er geen toegangspas zat in de kaarthouder, maar dat werd snel opgelost. Tip: vraag om de toegangspas van de achterpoort (zie foto). Als je via de achterpoort gaat ben je sneller in het centrum met eetgelegenheden en supermarkten. Als je via de hoofdingang gaat ben je sneller bij het busstation en park met kinderspeelplaats. Appartement was schoon, er zijn faciliteiten aanwezig voor een dreumes zoals een bedje, badje, kinderstoel en plastic bordjes. Uitzicht in een van de slaapkamers is heel mooi, je kijkt uit over de bergen. Beheerder communiceert efficiënt en vriendelijk.
− Er kwam een onaangename geur uit de riolering van de badkamers, dat was niet zo prettig. Maar zolang je niet in de badkamer bent heb je er geen last van. Daarnaast appartement heeft geen wasmachine. Het is niet erg, maar wel jammer. Na onze Gunung Jasar Loop hike en met een kleintje op reis is een wasmachine wel fijn. Verder kon de balkondeur niet op slot, niet prettig ivm veiligheid voor onze kleine. Daarnaast is het appartementencomplex gehorig, tijdens ons verblijf was er op een van de avonden een feest aan de gang, wat tot in de late uurtjes doorging.

9.0Cosy, lovely and whole apartment design has a character. Good location, smooth check in process, prompt communications.
− Probably handy to have 2 sets of lift access, will work better with larger group size. 3D2N is a good length of stay, if longer, best that host could prepare/give access to more disposable waste facilities eg toilet rolls, additional waste bags etc.
Quiet and comfortable stay
9.0The house was clean, many useful facilities, location wise was superb, walking distance to reach Tanah Rata town, quiet at night and comfortable to stay in, my kids and I were struggle to go out after we got back for a short rest. Easy to got the key from mailbox, easy access to the apartment and parking space. The host was responsive and attentive, love it.
− The smells from the toilet drain, and the TV remote was not working properly.
