Well worth the money and exceeded expectations

The view was gorgeous, bathroom was lovely and spacious, very good kitchen including lots of useful cooking items

− Didn’t like the availability of spare sheets, was not able to find spare sheets for the sofa bed

Very spacious and great layout. It has a bathtub! I enjoyed a relaxing radox soak for the first time in a long time! A pleasant surprise. The accommodation has exceptional views across the water to Magnetic Island and I enjoyed long evenings sitting on the balcony with a quiet drink watching the world go about it's business. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge room is big with comfortable furniture including beanbags. Parking is off-street. The location was convenient to the places I needed access to. All-in-all I was happy I chose SEA-Renity and would definitely stay again.

− The synthetic floor boards have the top layer peeling in places. I suspect that this material was a choice to keep the build price down. It is noticeable but did not affect my stay. The varnish on the outside balcony rail also is peeling extensively and unlike the interior floor issue being more of a 'warranty' type issue, the outside varnish is a lack of maintenance issue that requires upkeep to combat the harsher sun exposure and salt air environment. Again, it was noticeable but did not affect my stay.

We loved the location, could not fault sitting on our private balcony overlooking the water to Magnetic Island and watching the sun come up while having a morning cup of tea! Perfect location, secluded and quiet. It suited us as we could be fully self contained and eat in if we wished. Very comfortable with all amenities.

− The only suggestion I have is if the owner had a short “how-to” for operating the induction cook top! Took me a while to work it out. No other issues, the unit was perfect.

Great value for money and beautiful spot, honestly wish I was a millionaire I would buy it.

− Some things weren’t cleaned properly but people make mistakes, we are only human.

The view was fantastic and the unit was well located for us

− Very difficult for us to use the washer/dryer due to the installation height, we had to use the seat from the veranda to reach the laundry powder and softener liquid in the dispenser
