Sin ventilación.
4.0− No tiene ventanas al exterior ni ventilación, solo tiene dos patios de luces pero que están cubiertos. Olía a cerrado y a humedad, hacía bochorno y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, un agobio. Además, había bichos en los cajones de la cocina y por la encimera, y la sartén estaba con el teflón totalmente rayado, inusable por salud.
