8.0Tolle Lage, Ausstattung. Angenehme und aufmerksame Vermieterin.
− Die Lautstärke aus dem Nachbareingang war etwas störend. Verdunkelung für das Wohnzimmer (auch genutzt als Schlafraum) wäre wünschenswert.
Schöner Ausblick
10.0Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, sogar Obst und eine Flasche Wasser stand auf dem Tisch. Die Wohnung auf 2 Etagen hat auch 2 Terrassen und einen schönen Ausblick.

9.0L'accès extérieur n'est pas très avenant (voitures,matériaux stockés), mais une fois entrés, on découvre un appartement étonnant : c'est un duplex "inversé" (cuisine niveau rue, chambre et salon au niveau inférieur, avec terrasse à chaque étage... L'appartement est très lumineux, très propre, superbement équipé, très calme. La propriétaire est pleine d'attentions (fleurs, bouteille d'eau, fruits à l'arrivée), très attentive à notre bien-être et disponible... La situation de Schömberg est intéressante pour rayonner dans la région.
− Parfois un peu de bruit provenant de l'appartement au-dessus ou de travaux dans l'entrée, mais cela semblait très ponctuel.
