Apartment close to Fort Saint Angelo♡

− The same day of check-in the property owner told us that the AC in one room didn’t work so they gave us a portable AC - it was not prepared. We had to build it ourselves - still it didn’t cool down anything and it was 29C inside. The same day we noticed that one of the beds were broken and then we were surprised with 2 cockroaches. The same day the electricity went out in that part of Malta where we were staying - the electricity didn’t come back for 2 days so we decided to book elsewhere - the whole time we stayed there we it was too hot or no electricity at all, so we didn’t spend any time inside the apartments - the owner didn’t think of giving us a generator for electricity, so we had to go all the way to a shopping centre just to charge our phones. When we decided to book elsewhere because of these problems, the owner did not want to refund the whole sum, even if she knew how we suffered and didn’t get to stay at the apartments at all. When we asked for a refund she told us to pack our bags and leave the keys the same minute. We were forced to leave and book a new apartment for much more money. Now we are broke and the owner won’t give us the full refund for the 2 days we “stayed” with high heat in the apartment or no electricity. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

A lovely area and great roof terrace and would stay again.

Location was great next to some bars and restaurants not too close to a decent supermarket unfortunately.

− Shower did not have a screen or curtain and water went all over the floor and was broken when we arrived but in fairness to the owner it was fixed the next morning . Aircon in the sitting room and main bedroom was suboptimal.

La posizione. Posto tranquillo per riposare. Bella terrazza

− L’ubicazione al secondo piano non specificata nella descrizione. Non adatta a persone con mobilità ridotta. La pulizia non eccellente. Il bagno necessita urgentemente di una ristrutturazione. Oltre la vasca poco agevole anche il flusso dell’acqua era scadente e la mancanza di una tenda per evitare fuoriuscite di acqua. Il primo giorno il condizionatore della camera da letto non funzionava. Patricia è intervenuta subito ed abbiamo accomodato con un condizionatore portatile. Impossibile dormire senza
