Gemütliche, angenehm kühle FeWo in traumhafter Lage!
9.0Die Wohnung ist unheimlich geräumig, luftig und, gerade in den heißen Sommertagen, erfrischend kühl. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit zwei Couches überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, die weitere Ausstattung ist ebenfalls gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben gute Tipps für Ausflüge! Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach mit top, ein Rewe, Park, Weiher, Spielplatz, Eisdiele, Bäcker und Restaurant sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar! Das hatten wir bisher noch nie! Mit dem Auto ist man in gut 20 Minuten in Erlangen oder Nürnberg (Zoo!), über Land lassen sich bequem die kleinen Ortschaften erkunden.

− It would be helpful if the proprietor would post a note above the washer about how to use it. As Americans, we didn't know, but were able to ask our family members about how to work it, such as having to turn on the water.

10.0Der Ort ist sehr bequem und charmant. Wir haben unseren Kombi direkt vor unserem Zimmer geparkt. Man hat uns sehr gut behandelt und war sehr aufmerksam zu uns. Ursprünglich hatten wir drei Nächte reserviert, aber uns hat der Ort so gut gefallen, dass wir noch zwei Nächte länger geblieben sind.
− Hicimos una peticion al servicio al cliente de Booking.com para que nos facilitara comunicarnos con el propietario, porque cuando llegamos era domingo por la tarde y nos adelantamos un poco al horario estimado de llegada. Booking.com hizo un desastre con la reserva. Me envio a mi un mensaje en que decian que el propietario habia cancelado la reserva y que no nos podia alojar, y al propietario le enviaron un mensaje diciendo que yo habia cancelado la reserva. Trate de hablar con servicio al cliente de Booking.com nuevamente y fue un servicio completamente incompetente. Estoy muy agradecido con el propietario porque logramos aclarar la situacion y alojarnos sin problema.
