Nothing, we couldn't access the property. No instructions from owner. And no response when we tried to contact them. From the outside of the property it looked dirty and unkempt. Dustbins were overflowing and trash piled up at the side of building.

− Exactly everything described above. We had to find alternative accommodation, after a very stressful day.

The owner needs to communicate

Nice big apartment well kitted out , good location and a nice pub 5 minutes walk

− The only let down for us was communication which frankly is non existent, I messaged before our stay with no reply, I emailed same response and I rang and nobody answered which is a bit poor , same because it’s a decent place

− I found the directions to the exact location a little cryptic. It could benefit from including a picture of the front or exact turn from the main road.

Not the worst place we've stayed in, but up there.

− That there was no response to numerous phone and messages to the apartment managers re the inoprability of the advertised clothes washer/dryer machine. Cracked and peeling vinyl chairs leaving particles of black sponge rubber. The whole feeling of tiredness about the place, especially the Bosch appliances, which mostly had problems.

Nice location, quiet and lovely views of the deer and fawns in the nearby field.

− - No welcome pack. - No milk in the fridge. - Shower broken and bathroom floods. - Broken toilet seat. - Unloved (slightly unclean, weeds everywhere) - Washing machine broken - Insufficient car parking for the three rental units in one residential driveway - Cutlery bent/broken - Low ceiling is awkward and lack of a cooling fan means it’s so hot at night
