8.0Rustige omgeving in een woonwijk. Muskietengaas bij de deuren was erg fijn en noodzakelijk.
− De hoeveelheid tijgermuggen waardoor wij bijna geen gebruik hebben kunnen maken van het terras.

9.0Appartamento al piano terra, in zona residenziale silenziosa e con facile parcheggio. Si trova a metà strada tra Pesaro e Urbino, in posizione strategica per la visita di tanti bellissimi borghi marchigiane e romagnoli. Ottima pulizia, con spugne e straccetti per la cucina e detersivi. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie in dotazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Clean and comfortable apartment, friendly and helpful owner, but Wi-Fi coverage could be better.
8.0Location is good, situated in a green calm residential area. Just about 20 minutes drive from Pesaro.
− We were not satisfied with the Wi-Fi quality. Although Katia kindly asked the technicians to improve the speed—and they did make some improvements—it was still far from good enough to support activities like attending an online course. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have air conditioners installed in the rooms, as it was really hot inside the apartment during the day.

10.0Appartamento comodo e piacevole, a pochi passi dal centro dove si trovano i negozi necessari, ma soprattutto il posto molto silenzioso. Dotato di tutto il necessario per l'uso quotidiano, detersivi, spugne, ecc.... Molto comodo per chi ha cani di piccola taglia.
