I doubt we’ll use booking.com in future they have no backbone and they are very kind and sympatheti
1.0− We did not stay at the property due to extremely poor instructions to collect the key from a box in reception. We were not given enough instructions or photos which would have been a great help to locate the key. We sent the owner a couple of messages asking further help but by the time he decided to reply we were on our way back to the Uk on the ferry from Dunkirk. The owner never did try to find out how we got on. We contacted booking.com the next day.. all very sympathetic they would put in for a refund and a cancellation. The owner declined… that’s it… all booking.com would say was ‘ you can contact the owner on tel no …… I was then very upset to see that our booking had been cancelled due to ‘no show’ and we’ve been fined… for the total cost of our stay a good few hundred euros. Not at all impressed with booking.com they do not look after their customers

− Das Waschbecken im kleinen Bad hat nicht genutzt worden können.
We hadden natuurlijk superchance met het mooie weer, daardoor was het grote terras een extra plus!

− Klein minpuntje: het lavabootje in het toilet lekte en was daarvoor afgesloten.
