Whilst undeniably small, the studio apartment was finished to a very high standard and was very clean. Coffee and tea were supplied as well as a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco. Large flat screen tv included streaming services such as Netflix. Towels and toiletries and general fittings were quality items. It was an easy walk into town and the beach. Definitely one of the better AirBnB's and we recommend it to others.

− Ideally some outside space to allow sitting outside on hot days but we were aware there wasn't any when we booked so it wasn't unexpected. Electric hob was good - would have preferred an induction hob. Bathroom extractor fan is a little flaky. All the above are very minor points and did not detract from the overall experience and quality.

I had an excellent stay. Would recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Really good for a couple or single person. Everything you need was in the apartment. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking was great. Your own private space right in front of the apartment. It was just perfect. I will definitely book again.

Communication with owner was very good and the apartment was clean providing everything that you need so you can relax and then get out and explore. Positioned perfectly to enjoy woolacombe and the beautiful surrounding area. Parking a definite advantage.

Perfect location. Lovely clean modern studio with everything you need. Very generous welcome basket which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated. The host was very helpful. Easy parking on site.

Ein absolut tolles Apartment. Sehr modern, sehr sauber und der kleine Willkommensgruß war sehr nett. Auch das nahe parken ist sehr angenehm gewesen. Super Gastgeber, war immer gut erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gemütliche Bett, wir schlafen normalerweise nicht gerne auswärts, weil wir selber so ein tolles Bett haben, dieses war aber fast wie unseres. Toll war es auch, dass man zwei Polster mit verschiedenen Füllungen hatte, so konnte man selber den geeignete wählen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. :-)

− Das einzige, was etwas gestört hat, war dass man in der Nacht den Raum nicht wirklich dunkel bekommen hat. Ein dicker Vorhang oder Jalousien wären super.
