Zelo lep, čist, krasen in zelo dobro opremljen apartma, čudovita terasa in noro lep razgled. V jakuzzi-ju so nam po enem tednu zamenjali vodo. Zelo prijazen lastnik. Kraj je zelo umirjen, zelo primeren za sprostitev. Še se vrnemo :)

This was one of those stays that remains in your memory for a long time. The apartment is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail – from the very first moment, we felt completely at home, if not even better. Everything we could possibly need was prepared for us: an abundance of towels, blankets, and pillows, as well as a selection of toiletries that surpassed what we have experienced in many five-star hotels. The hosts truly thought of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay without having to worry about a single thing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and very well equipped. Having access to a washing machine was a huge advantage, especially for a longer stay. The jacuzzi was also prepared and ready upon our arrival, making it easy to begin our holiday in complete relaxation. One of the greatest highlights of this place is the breathtaking view. It is the perfect setting to unwind, recharge, and escape from everyday life. Convenient parking spaces are available right next to the apartment, which is another great benefit. A special mention goes to the hosts, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. Communication with them was always pleasant, and their genuine care for their guests’ comfort could be seen in every aspect of the property. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional getaway in beautiful surroundings. We would love to return in the future!

We’ve just spent a week at Apartment Nerica in Zavalatica, and honestly, it was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The apartment is superbly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need: three bedrooms with large double beds, two bathrooms (with both shower and bath options), a full kitchen including fridge, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils, and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV. There’s also free WiFi throughout, air conditioning, a terrace and balcony with breathtaking views of the sea, and private parking - everything is very well thought out and impeccably maintained.  The location couldn’t be more perfect: right by the beach, with calm surroundings yet close enough to shops and local markets. It was peaceful, scenic, and so restorative.  The owners, who live next door, were absolutely wonderful - friendly, attentive, responsive, and always there if needed. Using the jacuzzi with a view of the sea made many of our evenings especially magical. We left Apartment Nerica feeling fully recharged and inspired, ready for the rest of the year ahead. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where comfort, views, and thoughtful amenities come together so beautifully and we definitely hope to return one day.
