Eine schöne Wohnung zu einem günstigen Preis.
10.0Ich miete diese Wohnung bereits zum zweiten Mal für meinen Sohn. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vermieter hat mir gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist günstig, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Preis ist niedriger als bei anderen Angeboten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung reicht für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt aus.

5.0Die Nähe zur Stadt, zur Therme und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unkomplizierte Bezahlung und Schlüsselübergabe. Preis Leistung!!
− Die Wendeltreppe, in die Obere Etage. Die Küchenzeile zwar alles da was man braucht, leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dreckig zB. klebrige Töpfe und Toaster. Dreckiges Besteck und dreckiger Esstisch. Und sehr verkalkter Wasserkocher.

− Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist erneuerungsbedürftig, zusammengesuchte Tassen und Gläser. Toilettenpapier fehlte.
