We loved the apartment, its closeness to Cirencester and the walks nearby.

− Little bit of a challenge to find the apartment in the car but worth it. A lift up to the apartment would have been nice so if you have a mobility issue, just need to be aware of this regarding getting suitcases up the stairs.

9.0Lovely, comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped apartment with some nice touches provided by the host - a welcome bottle of wine, milk in the fridge for tea/coffee, bathrobes, and swimming pool towels. Good arrival information, including details on how to book the swimming pool/ tennis courts. Helpful and kind host - offered us a free late check-out.
− Nothing regarding the appartment itself. Only slight issues with the Spa access - you really need to be organised for the pool bookings. Slots got released at 10.30am the day before and you need to be on it as spaces got booked up really quickly within minutes (it was school holidays - half term). The sauna and steam room are poolside, so you can only use these during the 1 hour swim booking. The latest bookable slot was was 17.30pm on Thurs/ Fri and 16.15pm on Saturday. On the website, it stated there was an outdoor heated pool, but this was being refurbished, so not available. The sauna is quite small (only 5-6 people) and sometimes full. The steamroom was only hot for short periods of time. Proper swimming was difficult during family swimming as no separate lane and too busy with kids. So, a really great apartment, but the spa/pool were not as amazing as we hoped for.
