1.0− No clear instructions of how to get in, no answer when calling, no reply to emails. Rude cleaners in morning knocking on door at 8am

− Previous occupant’s shirts were left on the bathroom door along with a used towel.

− Only double bed, so rather small for us. No door between bedroom and living area.
