Appartamento di carattere nel centro storico che con una gestione più accurata potrebbe essere super
7.0L'appartamento è di grande carattere, antico e molto bello nel centro storico. Purtroppo molte cose non funzionavano come ci si aspettava e la pulizia non era particolarmente curata. In generale è comunque stata un'esperienza vivere un centro storico nella piazza principale.
− Tante piccole cose nell'appartamento andrebbero migliorate, ma il problema maggiore forse è il rumore sia della pompa in cucina che dei locali intorno e questo naturalmente non è colpa della struttura.

− Ci sono stati dei problemi con l'acqua calda e la porta finestra che da' al giardinetto interno era chiusa senza chiave e quindi si poteva accedere solo esternamente dalla casa...

6.0La posizione è davvero centrale. Si tratta di un palazzo storico.
− Gli ambienti della casa erano molto freddi e l’abitazione non risulta adeguatamente attrezzata per garantire un riscaldamento efficace e un livello minimo di comfort. Inoltre, l’utilizzo delle stufe elettriche impedisce di usare contemporaneamente altri elettrodomestici, poiché la corrente salta facilmente. Infine, la pressione dell’acqua è estremamente bassa, rendendo difficoltoso l’uso dei servizi igienici e della cucina.
