5.0− Die Abreise erfolgte unerwartet und krankheitsbedingt einige Tage früher. Der Gastgeber hatte das Appartment sofort wieder ausgeschrieben. Es gab eine Möglichkeit die Kosten teilw. zu erstatten, auch technisch möglich gewesen (Bestätigung von Booking lag vor und der Gastgeber wurde darüber auch informiert), trotzdem weigerte sich der Gastgeber, die Rückerstattung vorzunehmen. Sehr schade und nicht kundenorientiert.
