Recepção que quase deu em polícia
4.0Quarto confortável, com frigobar, tv com Netflix e um ar condicionado bom e chuveiro elétrico bom
− A proprietária e a recepcionista da manhã não se preocuparam o mínimo em fazer uma boa recepção. Ao chegarmos no hotel a recepcionista começa nos dizendo que não existe reserva em meu nome e que preciso entrar em contato com quem aluguei, em seguida tento entrar em contato por e-mail, ligação.. fico sem resposta, começo a desconfiar que foi golpe/ fraude, somente ao entrar em contato via whatsapp com a proprietária (não havia nenhuma indicação de que o número cadastrado era whatsapp) aí consigo conversar com proprietária que não nos recebe e exige um imposto que devemos pagar..? Resumindo, por que a proprietária não nos pediu para pagar esse imposto logo para quando chegássemos da viagem, não ter essa dor de cabeça toda?? Faltou com um bom atendimento.
