7.0Sehr nette Vermieter im EG. Kurzer Weg zur Kinderklinik Garz, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs, schöner Garten, niedliche Katzen, relativ Zentral gelegen, alle Orte auf der Insel sind gut mit Pkw erreichbar.
− Eingang zur FeWo über enge Wendeltreppe im Dachgeschoss mit großen Koffer schwer erreichbar. Im Sommer etwas warm und dunkel, da nur 1 Dachfenster je Raum, sonst aber praktisch eingerichtet.
