Dirty apartment is a big disrespect for the guest
1.0Location is good, parking right in front of the apartment, 2 bathrooms, spacious apartment. Apartment has poteintal if owner cared about cleanness.
− All positive aspects of this apartment are not worth a bit since this apartment was very dirty. Every corner of this apartment had dust and cobweb was everywhere. Most of equipment was broken, drawers full of things, bad smell in the living room, coffee with mold left from previous guests with old expiration date etc. This is the first time that we are leaving bad review to somebody but since we had a baby which crawled around the apartment we could not ignore the dirt and dust. Beds are horrible, mattress uncofortable and who knows how old. If you are renting apartment you should invest sometimes. I found this situation as a big disrespect to me and my family because we, as all guests, deserve to stay in a CLEAN apartment because we have paid for it.

9.0Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ideal, Die Lage ist sehr gut, ideal zum Skifahren, für weitere Freizeitaktivitäten oder um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und funktional, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Ein paar Details könnten moderner sein, aber das hat den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft komfortabel und alles verlief reibungslos.

Die Organisation, die Grundausstattung und Lage der Wohnung sind sehr gut.
8.0− Es gibt Schimmelbildung an den Fenstern und an der Mauer im Schlafzimmer, das an den Balkon grenzt. Einige Glühbirnen waren kaputt.

− Sehr abgewohnt, Spinnweben, kaputte Glühbirnen, Wintergarten wäre wirklich schön nur leider feucht (Jalousien schon braun), Couch schmutzig 🙁 Sehr schade
