Do not book this appartment to avoid headaches during your holidays
1.0Location is good.
− The flat is functional except for the dish washer. But it is generally run down. Everything (including the carpet which should be changed) is old. There is also smell of damp. Our friends had rented another flat in the same building and it was much better. Our main reason for the low review is the behaviour of the owner. At check-in, the cleaning lady was only interested in making us pay. She was not interested in explaining anything else. At check out, we hoovered and cleaned the flat. We left a spot on the cooker and 2 dirty dishes and cups in the dish washer that did not work. This would take 10m to clean. A few days after checkout, I received an aggressive call directly on my mobile from the owner asking us to pay 200 Euros. I thought it was a scam. He then sent pictures of the dishes, the cooker and others. It seems the cleaning person spent more time taking pictures than cleaning. In another email, he still asked us to leave a 10 review. I maybe could have proposed to give a 10 review in exchange for less compensation to pay. But I prefer for people to know and booking.com to decide on this issue. If you want to avoid trouble, extra costs (40%) and somebody calling you on your mobile to ask you to pay, please avoid this apartment. The issue is not resolved yet. But this is the only message I will post about it here.

Please note that there will be construction work in the underground car park from the 9th of January until the 30th of June 2023, so the property might be affected by noise and the car park can not be used.
