− É necessário ter mais cuidado com o banheiro, tampa de vaso de madeira necessita de manutenção/troca...limpeza do teto devido ao mofo pela falta de circulação de ar. Cortinas dos quartos também necessita de manutenção...pessoas com sensibilidade do ambiente podem reclamar.

10.0boa localização, utensílios básicos necessários, garagem gratuita, prédio bem seguro, excelente recepção. Apartamento espaçoso e bem limpo.
− roupa de cama básica (lençol, lençol de elástico e fronha), toalhas e cobertores tem que levar. Mas foi avisado com antecedência, o que evitou confrangimentos! Levar também itens de higiene pessoal.
