− Det var krångligt att komma in i huset. Varje gånger man vill komma in behöver man ringa och säga namn, efternamn och CPF. Det finns inga personal att fåga om saker. Krånligt att slänga såpor, etc

− De quando voltava para o AP para entrar tinha que informar em que Ap que estava o nome completo e CPF de todos os hóspedes, e até para pegar uma pizza também.

− A portaria é remota. Toda vez que o hóspede entra no prédio, tem que repetir nome completo e CPF de cada um dos moradores do apartamento. Não tem guarda roupa nos quartos. Foram retirados para caber mais uma cama de solteiro.
Saída antecipada - não devolveu o valor de três diárias não utilizadas
5.0Reservei em cima da hora porque já estava no apartamento e decidi continuar porque nosso voo de volta pra casa foi cancelado. Camas confortáveis, excelente localização, apartamento amplo.
− Fiz a reserva parcialmente reembolsável para quatro diárias e conseguimos adequar nosso voo para voltarmos antes, ficando somente uma das quatro diárias pagas. Informei imediatamente a minha saída antecipada do imóvel e o anfitrião se recusou a devolver o valor das três diárias não utilizadas (nem a metade do valor que entendo que seria devido). Fiz contato com o antedimento ao cliente que em nada ajudou.
