9.0Bel appartement bien équipé dans tous les sens et très bien orienté.
− Un petit soucis au niveau du syndic de la résidence,une caution de 1000dhs à payer,non déclaré au moment de la réservation, afin qu'on puisse profiter de la piscine et la plage privée.
Un séjour agréable, calme et sans aucun point négatif.

8.0Emplacement très bien situé, proche de la mer. Il y a bien un accès direct à la plage. Très bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, couverts, serviettes ect...) Nous espérons revenir une prochaine fois quand il fera + chaud pour profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine. Pour les futurs voyageurs : laissez bien le pichet sous le chauffe-eau, il rejette beaucoup d'eau après la douche. Logement propre et confortable.
− Pas de box TV (pas de chaines internationales donc). Il y a le wifi et les 2 télés ont Youtube, on peut visionner des vidéos dessus. Quand il pleut beaucoup, il peut y'avoir des cafards. Nous en avons tué 2 le dernier jour (il y avait une tempête ce jour là). Je précise qu'il y a des pièges anti cafard cachés dans l'appartement, et que le logement est très propre. Cela peut arriver avec le climat, faut juste le savoir (la météo était très humide + doux).
