9.0Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Gegend, es sind nur 5 Minuten zur Weser. Es ist alles sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Ein angenehmer Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetripp nach Bremerhaven.
10.0Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Parken in den Nebenstraßen war kein Problem. Die Betten waren bequem, Plissés am Fenster haben ausreichend verdunkelt, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gab eine nette Tee-Auswahl. Auch das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit Essgruppe am Fenster und Couch zum Fernsehen oder Lesen. - Zu den kulturellen Highlights läuft man 10 bis 15 Minuten, in der Umgebung gibt es diverse Lokale, Bistros und Kneipen, wenn man abends nochmal ausgehen möchte.
− Als Besucher solltest du gut zu Fuß sein, denn 92 Stufen mit Gepäck in den 4. Stock zu steigen, ist für manchen eine sportliche Herausforderung.

− Fusskalt, Hausschuhe empfehlenswert. Heizung war ansonsten aber schnell warm.
