10.0Posizione strategica, a metà strada tra Perugia e Assisi. II monolocale, sorprendentemente spazioso, ci ha conquistati: pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. La cucina è completa di ogni accessorio (stoviglie, forbici, apribottiglie, moka per il caffè, etc), gli asciugamani sono puliti e profumati e l'asciugacapelli è perfetto anche per chi, come me, ha tanti capelli lunghi! La doccia è spaziosissima, con un getto d'acqua potente e piacevole. Il letto matrimoniale è comodissimo, cuscini compresi! Inoltre c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno del cortile privato. Peccato esserci fermati solo una notte: ci saremmo rimasti più tempo molto più volentieri!

Pleasant stay in the Perusia
10.0It is situated very quiet and a few minutes away from the motorway. Where is just middle of Persia, Assisi and a few minutes away from Airport. Massive shopping centre also a few minutes drive away. It is gated car parking and ground floor. We could parked in front of the door. It was massive space and everything we need were provided. Air-conditioner was working well but it was cool night, we did not use. Small 2 windows has mesquite nets so, we opened the windows in the night. Owner also ready for us their own produce olive oil and vinegar. That make us feel so welcome.It was very pleasant stay and we happy to come back to stay if we have nest opportunity.

10.0Posizione strategica per visitare Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio e dintorni. Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort: cucina attrezzata, TV, ampio bagno e camera da letto grande.
− Unica pecca: manca l’aria condizionata. In realtà non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno perché abbiamo trovato un clima mite, ma se fa tanto caldo, non penso che i ventilatori al soffitto potrebbero bastare.
