10.0Compact maar van alles voorzien. Heel schoon. Stille buurt. Verhuurder was goed bereikbaar. Voor mij op een ideale locatie, mijn vriendin woont 2 straten verder. Ik kon in de omgeving ook fijn wandelen.

− Geen kleerhangers, extra deken en passpiegel. De bedden zijn redelijk (ze kraken).

− Das Apartment ist eher im Keller untergebracht. Die Lautstärke von dem oberen EG ist abends spürbar.

8.0Die Nähe zu unseren Bekannten. Preis/Leistung. Es ist ein Souterrain Zimmer. Für unseren Aufenthalt optimal. Es war ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen und konnten uns morgens einen Kaffee kochen. Natürlich könnte man auch kochen, alles vorhanden. Haben wir aber nicht.
