10.0One night in an extraordinary and beautiful summer house. We enjoyed it very much. It is clear that the landlord invested extreme effort in the design of each detail. We were very happy during our stay here.

− Die Wohnung wurde leider nur für die Fotos auf Booking optimiert. Man lebt in der "Gartenwohnung" im Souterrain umgeben von mehreren Baustellen (April 2026), die wohl noch mindestens bis Ende 2026 bestehen bleiben. Dementsprechend laut ist es. Bei der Buchung wurde das nicht erwähnt. Aber auch die Bewohner im vorgelagerten Haus, wohl die Vermieter, sind laut und nehmen keine Rücksicht. Im Bad finden sich Schimmel, Haare z.B. am Duschkopf, und ein extrem ekliger Föhn. Kurz gesagt: Es ist schlecht geputzt. Im Zimmer riecht es muffig, teilweise ist auf Textilien Schimmel zu sehen. Außerdem war die Wohnung voller Fliegen und Fruchtfliegen. Drinnen ist es entweder zu warm (tagsüber) oder zu kalt (nachts), es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder Heizung. Die Gartenmöbel waren sehr verdreckt oder fehlten - ein Gartenstuhl ist zu wenig, wenn 2 Personen buchen. Von einem Fenster des vorgelagerten Wohnhauses kann man ständig auf den Wohnbereich des Apartments sehen, so dass man sich beobachtet vorkommt und für Privatsphäre immer die Vorhänge schließen muss. Aber nicht nur das Apartment ist stark verbesserungswürdig, auch die Gastfreundschaft hat leider völlig gefehlt. Keine Begrüßung, nichts. Wir würden definitiv nicht wieder kommen.
