Spacious, very clean and modern

Had a great week in Sheringham in a nice big apartment. Just a few things to iron out.

Large apartment. Comfortable Beds. Kitchen and Dining Areas Very Good. In a nice residential and quiet location. Although no drive parking there was plenty of on street parking. Overall reasonable value for money.

− Communication pre-visit. Shower not the best but worked. TV didn't work without a complicated set-up, suggest just a simple switch on to tv channels. Internet signal not great in parts of the apartment, suggest fitting a booster. Warm at times, maybe supply a couple of fans?

Lovely apartment, good location, easy parking

− My wife said there was a smell from a room - i couldn't smell it, it could have done with the windows cleaning on the outside.

Would definitely choose this again due to value for money and was good enough for what we needed

We liked that it was spacious, we had access to everything we needed apart from a dishwasher. Everything else was in the kitchen and we had a bath and living room was great

− There were clicking sounds all day and night, no idea where it was coming from. The lobby / entrance wasn’t clean and strange smell but at least that wasn’t the case in the apartment. The apartment was generally clean but not perfect

Adiquate and ideal for small families

Well furnished and suitable for small to medum families. Parking not a problem. Nice and quiet. Good views to the north including the sea despite being a mile or so away. Kitchen well equiped including washing machine but no dish washer

− TV did not have live view, only had streaming and the quality was variable. Had to turn off Wifi on devices to improve reception. My visit may have been the first of the season so minor things such as clocks were not set correctly. An arrival issue was dealt with adiquately the following day but could have been dealt with if the property had been inspected on the day of arrival. Owner was not easy to contact but did respond - would have been better to telephone to sort out the arrival issues rather than using a messenger service. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS as it is shewn in the wrong place and directions do not include the actual address of number 124. Details for waste disposal not clear including recycling

Beautiful flat ,but issues around security and neighbours noise means we wouldn't stay again

The flat itself was amazing,very beautiful decor, well equipped and the beds were so comfortable

− The entrance area to the flats was very dirty and scruffy . With a very very strong smell of cannabis, we wondered on first impressions what the actual flat would be like but it was lovely. Huge issue for us was the security ,the entrance door to the flats was wedged open most of the time,and the front door to the flat itself was a flimsy internal door, with no catch so had to be locked at all times otherwise it would swing open. We had to put a heavy chair against the flat entrance door at night to make us feel a little safer. Really need to change to flat door to something more secure . Unfortunately the neighbours above us woke us up several times a night with crying and screaming children, I know it can't be helped but it sounded if they were in our flat. Some better sound proofing would certainly help.
