9.0A great apartment in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Our host Sophia was very attentive and left us goodies to eat and drink which was a really nice touch. Everything worked in the apartment and it is very nicely presented.

Great location for anyone wanting to visit national sites!
10.0Studio H was perfect for our visit to Washington DC. Located close enough to walk to Union station, the trolley and the local bus line we could get anywhere we wanted easily without a car. (We had a car and took advantage of our hosts moderately priced parking option to park it off of the street which was very convenient.) We took advantage of the lovely neighborhood with great options within blocks for anything one might want or need, all very easy to walk to. I’m a clean freak and the studio was spotless! There aren’t many places I’d opt to use the tub rather than the shower but after all of our touring and walking I truly enjoyed getting in to her lovely soaking tub at the end of the day! Our host Sophia obviously went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, leaving many sweet ‘extras’ for us such as scones, a Starbucks gift card, bottles of still and sparkling water, even a bottle of sparkling wine! There were plenty of towels and the bed was comfy. She was also very quick to respond when contacted. Getting in and out was easy. I would definitely stay at Studio H again and will highly recommend it to others. Be aware it IS a basement unit that has stairs so if you need accommodations for mobility issues you might want to check and see if there is access to those.
