9.0Die Lage direkt am Strand und sehr nah im historischen Zentrum war perfekt. Vom Balkon aus konnte man aufs Meer sehen und nachts hörte man das Meeresrauschen, was sehr angenehm war. Die Ausstattung der Fewo war gut. Man konnte sowohl im Wohn-Essbereich sowie auch auf dem Balkon seine Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Die Betten waren bequem. Das obere Bad war sauber und hatte eine praktische Größe. In dem Komplex, indem sich das Appartment befindet, fühlte man sich jederzeit sicher und wohl, wozu auch hilfsbereite, freundliche Nachbarn beitrugen.
− Wir bekamen beim Check-in keine Erklärung wie die Klimaanlage funktioniert und es lag keine Info aus, wie das WLAN -Passwort lautet oder wo der Müll zu entsorgen sei. Bei Nachfragen kam aber immer sehr zeitnah eine Antwort.

8.0Nära allt, precis vid stranden. Bra luftkonditionering och bra med plats för 4 personer. Hade det som man kan önska. Hade önskat tunnare täcken och mjukare kuddar.
− Det luktar fukt i nedre sovrummet så de med astma ska inte välja detta boende.
SERIA ESPECTACULAR POR LA SITUACION FRENTE A LA PLAYA, PERO EL MANTENIMIENTO ES MUY DEFICIENTE.

− ROPA DE CAMA NECESITA UNA REPOSICION.NECESIDAD DE PASAMANOS EN LAS ESCALERAS.FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO EN LOS BALOS: LAVABO NO TRAGA, MAMPARA NO CIERRA, TAPA INODORO ROTA, GRIFO DUCHA GOTEA Y TERMOSTATO IMPOSIBLE DE REGULAR BIEN. FALTA PINTAR Y HAY CUCARACHA.

− Segunda vez con problemas con la mampara de la ducha. Parece ser que esta vez la van a cambiar por completo.
