We didn’t like absolutely anything.

− The photos on Booking are outdated. In reality, the apartment looks awful. To start with, the sofa was so dirty that I didn’t feel comfortable putting my child on it, even after covering it with bed linen. When we arrived and opened the fridge to put our food in, there was someone else’s food left inside and a terrible, disgusting smell. Thirdly, the beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are a whole separate issue. They are all yellowed and look terrible. Pillows are inexpensive, yet for some reason the hosts don’t replace them—I really don’t understand why. The only good thing, probably, was that there was free parking nearby. I’m also surprised by the people who say it’s quiet and has good soundproofing. There is no good soundproofing at all. You can hear everything—motorcycles, cars passing by—very clearly. I barely slept the whole night. The sink is cracked and damaged, and everything is dirty. Overall, it’s just very unpleasant. It’s definitely not worth €70—I wouldn’t stay there even for €20. We chose this place because of the good reviews, but it honestly feels like those reviews aren’t genuine. The sofa was falling apart. Needs some love and attention to bring it back to it's former glory.

The location was ideal for visiting the Heart and Brain hospital. Can walk there - via underpass in about 10 minutes. Can drive there in 5. Easy to access keys and lift up to apartment. Aircon worked well at heating up the rooms. TV and internet worked ok.

− Parking - there is plenty but usually all taken. Hole in the bathroom sink - noted in a review June 2025, still not fixed. Still no shower curtain, though there is a pole. Towels provided - 1 was very old and tatty. Can't turn on just light, fan always comes on, not good at night. Bedroom - very little hanging room in wardrobe due to a large box also a selection of shoes in the bottom. About 10 plants in pots on the floor around the room, looks messy. Curtains hanging off on left and they are not blackout. Kitchen - mish mash of crockery and cutlery, including mugs with cracks and handles missing, poor selection of pans, 1 pan very dirty. Due to size of pans could only use 1 at a time on the hob. Coffee machine, but no pods left to see if it works. No sugar, but lots of packets of open herbs. Living room - sofa not comfortable and no side or coffee table to put cups on.

Апартамента е хубав,чист и на страхотна локация,за целта която бяхме.

Всичко в апартамента беше на ниво. Домакините се бяха погрижили за всичко. Уютно, удобно, обзаведено с вкус, в нова жилищна сграда, наличие на добър супермаркет точно под блока. Ние сме доволни и отново бихме отседнали точно в този апартамент, ако имаме пътуване към Бургас. Препоръчвам горещо!
