− Die Feuchtigkeit vom Bad nach dem Duschen muss nach außen geleitet werden. Der Abzug alleine schafft das nicht. Das gekippte Fenster zwischen Bad u. Küche erfordert ein Öffnen des Fensters zusätzlich in der Küche. So kann die feuchte Luft entweichen. Muss den Gästen kommuniziert werden, sonst gibt es Schimmel. Das wäre sehr Schade.
