Perfekte Lage, nette Vermieter, gute Organisation
9.0Die Lage ist optimal! Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto sind viele Ausflugsziele innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe komplett problemlos. Bei uns war die Batterie eines Rauchmelders fast leer, sodass er piepte. Sofort wurden wir unterstützt! Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend für gewesen für uns als vierköpfige Familie mit 2 Kindern unter 4. Zweites Schlafzimmer ist über eine relativ enge und steile Treppe zu erreichen, aber das war selbst mit Baby auf dem Arm eigentlich kein Thema. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
− Waschmaschine und Trockner sind unten im Erdgeschoss in einem Raum zum Hof hin angesiedelt und werden auch vom Restaurant benutzt. Hier hat man so eine bisschen den Eindruck, dass sich keiner so richtig für die Sauberkeit des Raumes und der Geräte zuständig fühlt. Nächstes Mal würden wir so packen, dass man nicht dringend auf die Waschmaschine angewiesen ist. Das ist bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber absolut in Ordnung - man muss es nur wissen.

− Bad zu klein keine Möglichkeit was einzuräumen, Schlafzimmer kein Schrank keine Möglichkeit die Wäsche einzuräumen. Kein Backofen Schlafzimmer zu klein. Wir waren unzufrieden.
Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
10.0Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet,es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz und ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

9.0Den Schlüssel konnten wir einfach in der Pizzeria nebenan abholen. Wohnung war super, sehr sauber und völlig in Ordnung, mit kleinem Balkon. Matratzen sehr angenehm!! Zur viert auf Dauer etwas zu eng. Zu zweit oder auch zu dritt top!
