9.0Very nice apartment at a fantastic location! Bonus is the free, private parking behind the building. Everything can be reached within walking distance, highly recommend to stay here. Communication was easy and almost immediate with the owner, good impression!
− Unfortunately, the apartment isn't very well ventilated, so there was a musty smell coming from the bathroom. It was clear that the place was thoroughly cleaned, but the smell was unpleasant.

7.0Розташування, наповнення квартири,2 кондиціонери, wifi, є все що треба
− Матрац це жах, порада власнику - спробувати самому поспати на цьому матраці. При тому що я бачив відгуки за матрац півроку назад- і я сподівався що власник щось зробив з цим. По факту там матрац лежить на звичайних ламелях, хоча такий великий і тяжкий матрац має лежати на міцній твердій поверхні. Ні я ні дружина не виспались через це. І я реально пропоную власнику спробувати там полежати. Окрім того - вулиця дуже шумна через рух авто і вдень і вночі. Двері в залі - не щільні абсолютно, тому там ще більше чути шум, бо там є ще диван і можна було б спати там замість спальні якби не шум.
