Dirty and poor facilities
1.0The only positive thing is its location, which is quite convenient. In addition, after I repeatedly reported the cleanliness issues, the host eventually came and replaced the bedding and blankets.
− Here is what happened: When we first arrived, we found a large amount of hair on the bed, including long curved hairs and many small hair fragments. There were also dirty stains on the blanket that looked like dried mucus. We immediately contacted the host by phone. She told us that the bedding had been changed that very morning. This left us extremely confused—if the bedding was supposedly freshly changed, why was it still so dirty? Is this really the cleaning standard of this apartment? We took multiple photos showing the hair and dirt and sent them to the host. After seeing the evidence, she eventually came and brought us clean sheets and a clean blanket. I appreciate that she corrected the problem, but this should not have happened in the first place. The shower was also very disappointing. The water pressure was extremely weak, and the water was not hot enough. Overall, this stay gave me a very poor experience. The cleanliness of the room was far below what I expected, and the shower facilities were unsatisfactory. Although the host eventually addressed the bedding issue, the apartment’s hygiene standards left a very negative impression on us. For all of these reasons, I can only give this property 1 star.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at Dream Studio! The property was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend Dream Studio to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. I would happily come back again!
