10.0Gera, rami vieta. Erdvūs apartamentai, nors cokoliniam aukšte, bet apšvietimo netrūksta. Puikiai įrengta virtuvė, skalbyklė/džiovyklė. Patogi lova. Daug vietos pasidėti daiktams. 'Patogus keturvietis numeris' turi du atskirus miegamuosius kambarius.
− Kam svarbu - nors miegamieji atskiri, bet durys stiklinės. Taigi privatumo šiek tiek mažiau, šviesą ir garsą praleidžia.
