3.0Lots of things are unclear. We paid through the app, indicating everything clearly on our end as per given in the app. But, upon arrival, we were told to pay an additional amount of 1,500 pesos because they said that the 17 years old are considered adult opposing the condition in the app that states that children are ages between 1-17 years old. Furthermore, our check in time was 5:00 PM of March 28 but the app says 12:00 noon - 2:00 PM, whereas the checkout is 10 AM-12:00 PM. We arrived back at the apartment at 12:00 noon hoping they’d consider giving us time to at least rest or even pack our thing efficiently but we were forced to leave immediately because they said that a new occupants will arrive soon and we were charged an additional amount for “overstaying”. It’s just so disappointing.
Good base
9.0A very well furnished and comfortable apartment with a large TV. I'd recommend Sajo Plaza as a base for seeing the Iloilo area. We had to ask for a hot-plate so we could occasionally cook basic food but it was quickly supplied With pans.
− The shower was tricky to operate and was weak, but we eventually got hot water.
Perfect location, clean, safe, spacious property, accomodating caretaker, and a very spacious park
9.0I like that it is in the best location where I need it. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful. And it's more than I expected.
− I wish there's a duvet for a more comfortable bed, and a bedit for the toilet. And maybe a smart TV. Though we did not really have a chance to cook, it would be nice to have some cooking appliances for some emergency cooking like noodles at night.
