Hidden Gem in Lubuan Bajo
10.0They treated us very well, always helping to ensure our stay was perfect; the place was incredible and the breakfast spectacular, we would return without hesitation.

9.0Jimmy was extremely helpful, he collected us from the airport and pointed out the locations of various shops, laundromats, ATM machines etc on our way to the property. He provided his contact details so we could provide our breakfast order each day and organise taxi services and/or tours when needed. The property was spotless and very comfortable. It was very private and we loved having our own pool. The ladies provided a delicious breakfast each morning. The property is not close to the main part of town but is easily accessible by taxi (we found that some restaurants and spas offer complimentary taxi services). Only a 15 minute walk to the Mirror Stone Cave, so no need to book a separate tour.
− The pool looks as if it could do with a scrub but that may be the nature of the tiles. The doors were a bit tricky to lock at times.
Disappointing stay
4.0The staff were helpful ; they helped us with our laundry. And the drivers are very kind-they recommended great restaurants and willing to drive us to ATM Machines and supermarket. Lack of coffee machine, toaster and other kitchen gadgets for us to help with meals. Breakfast options were limited. For the price we paid, it didn’t lift up to our expectations.
− The property was not as shown on Booking.com the shower in one of tue room was backed down and flooded the bathroom. The staff fixed it but then the sink backed up. The night before our stay, I got a texts asking if I wanted to pay directly ( not through Booking.com) with promise they are going to give a discount. Again, when we arrived at the villa, the staff asked if I paid in cash, I’ll get discount otherwise I have to pay 2% fee to cover the credit card fee. This type of transaction is disappointing.
Great place to stay in Labuan Bajo!
10.0Beautiful, clean, and comfortable villa. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Very nice breakfast. Convenient full service 24 hour laundry across the street. Communication was easy and simple. Excellent stay here!
