8.0Wielkość apartamentu, parking podziemny, wspaniały widok i super basen.
− Brak fajnej plaży przy obiekcie i droga szybkiego ruchu oddzielająca plażę od nieruchomości. Sam Apartament nie posiadał dostatecznej ilości zastawy. W szczególności brakowało szklanek, właściciele powinni zainwestować. Niestety dla mnie nie było tak czysto jak bym się tego spodziewała za tę cenę. Dotyczy to zarówno obecności grzyba na fugach i silikonach łazienkowych, jak i sprzątania, bo w rogach widać było kurz. Poza tym w apartamencie pozostawiane byly rzeczy wlascicieli co sprawiało wrazenie jak bysmy weszli do czyjegos mieszkania.

8.0Nahe a. Strand, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Ruhige Lage.. Gute Kfz-Garage. In der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Gastronomie.
− Geschirr Gläser, Teller etc sollten ausgetauscht werden. Keine Info für TV und Internet vorhanden. Kein Erheiterung Pool. Für Rollstuhlfahrer ungeeignet.

9.0The sea view from the apartment is excellent, the location and security of the area is also very good. Nearby Bite kitchen restaurant is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is a 2 minute walk away. Supermarket also conveniently 2 mins away. Although its not very well stocked(but handy for water etc...)Nice spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and modern kitchen. Air-conditioning is also very good
− Communication with the property was really poor, 3 emails sent via booking.com to arrange a check in time that were never responded to. I had to end up phoning the contact number that was in Denmark the day before I was due to arrive to get this arranged. Overall the apartment is great, with just a few things needing attention. 2 of the outside chairs are broken. The pillows have seen better days and although the kitchen is new, the toaster is tiny and of poor quality. Showers are dated but adequate.

9.0Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr gut.
− Es sind Kleinigkeiten aber ich der Küche müssten einige Sachen erneuert werden.
