A peaceful view and a warm welcome
9.0We were given clear directions to The Casan. On arrival it seemed very well set out. There was a lovely welcome pack of essential groceries and a couple of luxury items. The bed was very comfortable. The view over emerald fields was peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped and the property was clean and tidy. There is parking outside the door. The furnishings are good and we rested well. Although the owner lived next door we felt that we were left to own plans and privacy. We recommend The Casan as long as you have a car.
− There is a distance of about 30 metres to a main road which is not busy but does add a little noise. The Casan is a short drive from Letterkenny but there is no other other amenities nearby. That is obvious when you book and the town has plenty of shops and eating houses. The shower is good but a plastic curtain is a bit basic. The stairs to the bed are steep so think twice if you have e mobility issues.
