Saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage und hilfsbereitem Gastgeber.
9.0Die Unterkunft hat eine optimale Lage in Riomaggiore direkt im Zentrum, ohne dass es zu laut wird. Obwohl die Wohnung an sich nicht riesig ist, gibt sie einem das Gefühl viel Platz zu haben und ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Klimaanlage war während unseres Aufenthalts (Juli) goldwert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert und die Antwort auf eine Frage kam immer in weniger als fünf Minuten. Generell hat alles unkompliziert funktioniert und die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Bei einem zweiten Aufenthalt in Riomaggiore würde ich auf jeden Fall die gleiche Unterkunft noch einmal wählen.
− Obwohl das Kochen sehr gut funktioniert hat, könnte die Küche etwas besser ausgestattet sein, da es keinen Backofen und nur ein scharfes Messer hatte. Gleichzeitig ist eine Küche an einem Ort wie Riomaggiore mit gutem und günstigem Essen überall auch weniger wichtig und dafür auch ausreichend.

9.0Appartamento eccezionale. Sottolineo la struttura insonorizzata per tutti i rumori provenienti dall'esterno. Trattandosi del pieno centro non è per niente scontato questo punto. L'host è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e risponde immediatamente ad ogni domanda. Ci torneremo!!

5.0La posizione era comoda, vicino alla stazione di Riomaggiore e vicino a bar e supermercati.
− Lo scarico del lavandino in cucina è crollato con tutta la tubatura (probabilmente scassato da precedenti inquilini) e il proprietario al posto di sentire l’idraulico lo ha “rattoppato” dicendoci di usare il lavandino “con parsimonia” ho dovuto lavare la frutta in bagno e fare attenzione quando lavavo i piatti..disagio totale. Ci ha inoltre lasciato delle stoviglie sporche e la carta igienica in bagno già iniziata da altri. In bagno correva poca acqua e continuava a cambiare la temperatura dell’acqua in doccia. Il letto mi ha fatto venire il mal di schiena. Inoltre non ci ha abbonato un solo centesimo per il disagio del lavandino, anzi come se nulla fosse ci ha chiesto la tassa di soggiorno prima di andarcene.
