Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf die Bucht des malerischen Orts Porto Venere
8.0Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse und traumhaftem Blick auf die Bucht, ruhig am Hang gelegen. Altstadt von Porto Venere zu Fuß in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen. Schöner Ort mit langer Strandpromenade und netten Restaurants. Ein- und Auschecken via Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin (Kontakt nur per WhatsApp) und sehr hilfsbereit.
− Schwierige Parksituation. Der zur Wohnung gehörende TG-Stellplatz ist extrem schmal und mit einem größeren PKW ist das Einparken fast unmöglich, da kaum Platz zum Rangieren. Für SUV´s eigentlich ungeeignet.

trop de points négatifs pour le montant de la prestation
4.0La vue est magnifique sur le port et la mer. La piscine de la co-propriété est agréable et permet de récupérer de la chaleur. La machine à laver est très pratique. L'hygiène des sanitaires est correcte.
− Pas de climatisation, vraiment un point noir pour cet appartement qui est exposé plein sud une grande partie de la journée. (35 degrés à l'ombre). Chaleur à l'intérieur qui nous a épuisé jour comme nuit(séjour de 6 jours). 2 petits ventilateurs insuffisants pour récupérer. Séjour pénible en lien avec la chaleur. L hygiène est à revoir : table sale et collante, canapé pas très propre, coussins de chaises tachés et déchirés, matelas taché sans protection. Pelouse synthétique non entretenue. Compte tenu de la localisation, il peut être difficile de monter plusieurs fois la côte dans la même journée. Chemin très pentu à pied sous 35 degrés. Nous adorons les goélands mais ceux -ci nous réveillaient à 5 h du matin puisque nous étions obligés de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes.
